Best Gluten-Free Toast (Grocery Store)

I heard a co-worker commenting today that gluton-free toast is a lot like cardboard. I have to agree that some do have that taste and texture but there is one my wife came across that actually tastes like real toast.

El Peto Supreme Italian Bread is available at Fortinos. It tastes so good you wouldn't believe its gluton-free.

Good Gluten Free Food

Its funny because as soon as you tell someone something is Gluten Free people make a face like it has to taste yucky. I always tell my son certain junk food like suckers or chocolate bars are Gluten Free and he says I am not eating those.

This blog is here to tell you that gluten free is not necessarily yucky, in fact sometimes you run into certain gluten free dishes that are amazing. It takes some digging to find the right restaurant, product or recipe.
